Pemako Spring Retreat in UK and Zoom, 22.-28.4.2022

If physical exercise is grounded on the knowledge of yoga and tantra, it has benefits that sitting practices don’t have. In my view combining the core ideas of Western and Eastern exercise together with tantra creates an incredibly powerful formula that not only enlightens the mind but also keeps the body healthy and strong, according to the standards of both West and East.

I hope we can finally have a proper get together in UK next month on our Spring retreat. I have planned all these things into the program that we haven’t been able to do during the past years on online retreats. Stomping, dancing, singing, shouting and sitting silently, all these things just aren’t the same through a computer screen. To do them in person with 20 other people is literally a life changing experience.
